We at Future Computers Limited are currently looking for a Call Agent to join our team. Chosen candidates will be handling calls from Customers and Providing Customer care over the phone.
Requirements:
1) Candidate must posses a clean Maltese police conduct.
2) An excellent understanding and verbal communication of the Maltese and English languages. (Other languages will be considered an asset).
3) Have a minimum of 1 year work experience in the I.T sector.
4) An extensive understanding of networking and computing. (diplomas / degrees / certificates will be considered an asset).
5) Chosen candidates are expected to be, reliable, friendly towards others, able to work both alone and as a group, smart, have an excellent level of personal hygiene, always on time, can-do attitude and ready to start a future with us at Future Computers.
